Report Definitions

A Fuel Tax Summary calculates the amount of taxes due to the states for a certain time period.

A State Report shows the total miles ran for a certain time period and the number of miles ran in a specific state for a certain time period.

An Empty Miles Summary shows the miles traveled in each state and states whether they were loaded or empty miles.

A Unit Trip Count shows the number of units ran and the total number of trips ran for all units for a certain time period.

A Trip Count by Unit shows the number of trips for each unit, the miles ran for each unit, the fuel purchased for each unit and the MPG for each unit.

An IRP Report shows the miles ran in each state and the percent of miles ran in each state compared to the total miles ran.

An Audit Detail Report shows the data for all the trips each truck has taken for a certain time period.

A Reefer Report shows all the reefer fuel purchased along with the state it was purchased in, the amount of gallons purchased, and the tax paid on the fuel.

A Fuel Report shows a detailed list of all fuel purchased for a certain time period.

An IFTA Tax Report (IFTA report 2) shows a detailed list of all miles ran, fuel purchased, and the amount of fuel tax due to your base state for a certain time period.

A Kentucky Weight Distance Tax Form shows the amount of tax due on the miles ran in the state of Kentucky for a certain time period.

A New Mexico Weight Distance Tax Return shows the amount of tax due on the miles ran in the state of New Mexico for a certain time period.

A New York Highway Use Tax Return shows the amount of tax due on the miles ran in the state of New York for a certain time period.

An Oregon Quarterly Mileage Tax Report shows the amount of tax due on the miles ran in the state of Oregon for a certain time period.

A MPG Report compares your MPG to previous quarters by truck and/or fleet.

A UCR Report (United Carrier Registration - Formerly Single State Registration) lists the number of units ran in each state for a certain time period.

A Unit List lists the vehicle information for all units your company has in its fleet.
